A very small village craft fair

Mid October and autumn has really arrived. My neighbour organised her own craft fair on the village green. She made all these lovely bouquets and flower wreaths herself. Don't they look lovely? Unfortunately, the weather has been unkind. It's cold and windy.

But when you live in the country like the UK where the weather is unpredictable you just have to roll with it really. Wrap up warm and you can't mind the weather too much. People here still take their dogs for a walk in the rain, gale, snow etc. My neighbour will not cancel her fair just because it's freezing cold and the wind is blowing at 80mph 😁Good for her.

She organised for her friend to make some homemade cakes for charity. I buy two and they are lovely - and very sweet 🎂 There are also second-hand clothes and paintings. Well, not too bad for a very small craft fair in a small village. Don't you think?
