My boring life is not boring at all

This year I've decided to get to know Norfolk in details - especially North Norfolk where I live. During the COVID-19 I started to create this blog and called it - life where we live. Simply because at the time we weren't allowed to go anywhere and I thought it was a good time to get to know the area where I live thoroughly. So that is what I've been doing on and off. I suppose we take things we see everyday for granted and to be honest I don't want to be like that.

Personally, I love and appreciate North Norfolk but I usually get an influence from the society that unless you make yourself busy and exhausted, packing your bag and go off somewhere exotic and faraway - you are not interesting. Don't get me wrong, I love travelling and I love to pack my bag and go off on my so called little adventure - like Bilbo Baggin. But I only want to do it when I feel like it - not having to impressed anyone or be pressured by anyone.

The thing is people always have a habit to say "How are you?" when they don't mean it. They are just being polite. I don't think it's something bad - just the culture. People do say to each other "So, where are you going off on holiday this year?" too - just to make a conversation. If you read too much to it - that can put pressure on you - to make you feel like "Oh, we have to go away somewhere nice every summer to keep up with other people" I'd say, "Screw that!" 😁

I do what I want, when I want and this year I've decided to be different - I've always been different anyway but now I don't even want to fit in. I embrace myself as ME.  Stop beating about the bush, I've spent wonderful Spring, Summer and Autumn pottering around here - being so content and marvellous!

I love myself, I love my life and what that related to me so much I'm not bored at all! I'd say if I feel like packing up and get on the train/plane I would. And I'm so grateful to have freedom to do so and that I even have so many choices to choose from. Thank you, thank you, thank you....

I've so enjoyed the wonderful weather we've had this year. I've had so many lovely walks with my dog, Snoopy. I want to spend time with him - go on our little walks, our little adventures together. As he is getting older and has calmed down a tat I can now walk with him on lead without him pulling my arm off. I also have this new lead that I can clip around my waist which means both of my hands are free.

I also have  little clip on lights for both of us for an evening walk. I clip it to my jacket and Snoopy to his collar. They are exceptionally bright!  All of these make us able to explore places where I could never do before.

So before I have a cat instead of a dog and I still feel inspire to write. I will show you where we have been for a lovely walk since autumn (that is when I've got the lead) in my next chapter.

My special thanks of the day go to everything - Nature, the universe, wonderful human and animals out there who bring light and love to the world I'm currently living in, making such a wonderful experience to me🌛🌝✨
