Christmas at home

23:02 -- It's been so cold and I've lit the fire since morning. Went to work for a couple hours - back home at 10 am - I was surprised that the road was quite busy. Around here is quiet though. Most of my neighbours have gone away. People spend time with their family or loved one on Christmas day, don't they? and so do I. I have myself and Snoopy. Apart from going out for a walk with him I have chatted with my cousin in Bangkok and with an old friend in Burgos, Spain.

As everybody else eats Christmas food I eat wonton noodles with lovely fish balls 😅It's so delicious. On Tuesday I went to a big Chinese Supermarket in Norwich  and I've got a nice supply of lovely food which I have been feeding myself silly on.

Although I don't do Christmas but I still feel like it's a special day - so I want to do something nice and special. But what is special? Everyday for me is already special. I don't really know what it is I want to do to make it more special. So I haven't done anything in particular - only lounge around. 

Snoopy and I fell asleep in front of the fire for a bit and I watched something on YouTube. I think what makes it so special tonight is that my neighbour isn't home. She has gone away since Christmas Eve. It's special because I can do anything I want and I can be as loud as I can without having to considering it. We share a wall, you see. She goes to bed by 22:00 so after that time I practically have to creep about. It's just good manners and I don't mind. But it's nice to be able to watch DVD, listen to music, flush the loo, run the bath, turn on the washing machine or hoover after 22:00 now and again.

And I don't care if anyone thinks it's sad and pathetic - but I'm going to have a lovely hot bath with this Dove Limited edition Soap! I'm so excited about it. 😍 What makes it more special -- it can have a bath after midnight and not having to feel like disturbing anyone - yay! I love my life and tonight I love it even more ---
