September is here!
Summer is giving way to autumn and there are three things I've noticed today:
🍎 children have already gone back to school
🍎It rains more
🍎It gets chilly at night and early morning
🍎the days are getting shorter

I'm sure we will have lovely autumn
but before it gets really autumnal
I just want to have a last saying goodbye to summer,
especially this summer.
Well, the weather plays a big part in our daily life, mood and so on
and we couldn't have a better weather this spring and summer -
it was absolutely glorious!
it's helped to make me feel marvellous!
I think another reason I feel so great is my state of mind.
I've just wanted to be happy and I mean unconditionally.
Since spring, I decided to simplify my life
- I wanted to do nothing for a change.
I didn't plan for holiday.
I didn't even leave Norfolk.
I decided to spend time with myself, with my dog, with nature.
I wanted to have a mindfulness and contemplative life and it was great.

Having lived in the countryside makes me connect with nature easily.
I don't have to go very far to be able to communicating with nature
- lucky, lucky me.
I don't know - I love it.
During the summer, Norfolk was packed with holiday makers.
Now summer rush is over, it's my turn to enjoy it.
I've now booked annual leave for late September and October.
I have a plan to be on holiday here in Norfolk -
getting to know the county I'm living in with my doggy
and I can't wait😍
