They come with the spring/summer

I'm not proud of it but I want to show you that the fly stickers work. Having seen this type of sunflower sticker on window and wondered what it was - I was told it was something to do with attracting flies. I've never seen the ones with flies in them before and I assumed they don't work. But scientifically, insects in general attract to yellow colour I was told (so do not wear yellow outfits in the summer if you don't want insects to bug you.) therefore flies are the same. I decided to give it a go with no high expectation. What a surprise, it actually works!! 

I don't enjoy seeing flies get their slow death on my window but I don't enjoy them annoying me in the summer either. Living in the countryside where farmers spread muck and pigs live in the fields nearby, I'm visited by large number of huge blue bottles - pretty name but they are unpretty. So if you get disturbed by flies then give it a go. My trick is to keep the food covered or out of sight and work surface clean so that these flies have nothing to keep them entertained but the gluey sunflower sticker.
