Rock collector

You know some people collecting rocks and stones and I happen to know a few of them. They are not geologist and they don't collect them as for educational reason but just pure pleasure. They said they found them very fascinating. One of them said there was something to do with the ancient feel about them. She said they were as old as the earth and we needed to treat them with respect, they had seen things come and go. She is right actually, rocks are very old and hmm..m..m fascinating but aren't they a little too heavy to collect? 

Can't you collect something less heavy? Like happiness? 😁 According to these rock collectors there is something magical and historical about these rocks, they can't explain it but they can feel it. My friends (who live separate lives - they don't know each other) will go for a walk looking for these magical rocks and they seem to find them. They seem to be able to spot them - something I wouldn't know how. Once these rocks become quite a collection then they start to look really interesting - even I can see some magic in them. 

In the UK, we have so many pebbly beaches and people love

to beach combing. One of my friends seems to be able to

find unusual rocks out of ten million of ordinary looking ones. She said she was a magpie 😆 But I always feel like she is like a fairy - magical things seem to appear around her. It is a bit like she has some fairy dust and can make ordinary thing turns magical. She went for a walk in the 

woods one day and found these rose shaped acorns! How amazing! As I'm not a rock expert I can only show you pictures of them. I find them quite fascinating. See what you think of them.
